All product prices shown include the shipping costs for free delivery to the nearest kerb, unless otherwise indicated.
Should we make partial deliveries, we will still not charge you more. You always pay the lowest price, as if everything where shipped at once.

Germany: Excluding the German islands in the North Sea and Baltic Sea.
Shipping service provider:
Parcels are primarily shipped by GLS. Depending on the country of destination, the final delivery agent may vary.
Items that are not suitable for parcel delivery will be delivered by a partner shipping company. The delivery time may vary depending on the partner.

Shipment tracking
A tracking number is only possible when shipping by parcel service. As soon as a shipment is on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the shipment. If your shipment is sent by a forwarding agent, you will receive a dispatch notification without a tracking number.
The forwarding agent will contact you as soon as possible after dispatch to arrange a delivery date.

Insurance / Transport damage
Commercial customers bear the transport risk. The transfer of risk occurs when the item is handed over to the transport company.
