Your first sustainably produced snowboard. This is how you help protect nature and the climate! Five years of development work went into the DOUBLEDECK®. The revolutionary technology reflects Terje Håkonsen's smooth way of riding and his skills in all snowboarding disciplines. Developer Andreas Kramer has put just as much energy into green innovations. The DOUBLEDECK® sets new standards in terms of protecting the environment and avoiding waste and overproduction.
After the season, the board goes back to the factory for recovery treatment. So it is perfectly prepared for the next use.
If the board is discarded, it can be dismantled into its components. The materials are used again in the production of new DOUBLEDECK® snowboards - or they are used elsewhere if they are no longer suitable for board construction.
Length recommendation/model choice
The DOUBLEDECK® Bow technology gives you a little more distance from the snow when the board edges up. So don't worry about large shoe sizes, there's more space than with conventional snowboards. We give the following length recommendation M/W/D:
- 45-60 kg, recommendation: 145 cm
- 45-68kg. Recommendation: 149 cm
- 54-75kg. Recommendation: 153 cm
- 62-85kg. Recommendation: 156 cm
- 62-85kg. Recommendation: 159 cm
Buy option
In the purchase option you can order your DOUBLEDECK here®. It arrives in a travel case. Please be sure to keep the case! Because you use the travel case to send your DOUBLEDECK® for service. After the recovery treatment, it will be returned to you in the travel case. All the necessary information is included in the travel case with your board when you purchase it. This also applies to purchases from a DOUBLEDECK® dealer.
Binding/shoe
You bring your own bindings and snowboard shoes. This board control unit should fit together perfectly. It's best to buy boots and bindings from a qualified snowboard shop. The DOUBLEDECK® has a standardized hole pattern and the binding is quickly installed.
